Service Details
As a death doula, I offer compassionate support for individuals and families navigating serious illness, caregiving, death, and grief. My role is to provide a steady, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about what you're carrying, ask difficult questions, and feel supported through one of life's most challenging experiences.
Whether you're living with a life-limiting illness, caring for someone you love, preparing for the end of life, or grieving after a loss, our work together is shaped by your unique needs. Sessions often include emotional support, guidance through family conversations, caregiver support, end-of-life planning, visits to long-term care homes throughout Greater Victoria, and support for those considering or navigating Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD).
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, and one-hour paid support sessions available so care can evolve alongside you and your family, wherever you are in your journey.
Consultation
Complimentary Discovery call
A 15 minute phone conversation so we can connect and determine how you wish to be supported, ask questions and determine if I am the right fit for you or your family.
Individual Session - Online
$150
A dedicated one-hour session for one person online.
A compassionate space to explore your experience with illness, caregiving, grief, or end-of-life. Whether you are living with a serious diagnosis, supporting someone you love, or navigating life after a loss, we can make space for what you’re experiencing without judgment or expectation.
Together, we’ll explore what feels most present and identify where you may need additional support. This session can stand alone or become the foundation for ongoing work together.
In-Person Individual and Online Family/Couple Sessions
$200
A dedicated one-hour session for couples or families, or an in-person individual session within Greater Victoria vs online.
A supportive space to navigate difficult conversations, emotions, decisions, and the practical and emotional challenges that can accompany illness, caregiving, death, and grief.
Together, we can slow things down, make space for each person’s experience, and explore what support would be most helpful moving forward.
